Orders are placed by adding items to your shopping cart, entering your payment details and then pressing the place order button. You may be requested to complete a 3-d secure form before your order has completed.
We acknowlage your order placed on our website by sending an email detailing the products you have ordered. This email is automatically delivered after an order is placed and not an order confirmation or acceptance of order. We are not responsible if this acknowlegement email does not reach you because of reasons beyond our control.
Acceptance and completion of your order will take place on the dispatch to you of the Product/s ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it following the instructions listed in our section on order cancellations.
Non-acceptance of an order can happen due to any of the following:
1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
3. We have not received your order before a given notice period.
4. The identification of a pricing or product description error.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS (RETURNS)
Please note that it may not be possible to return products that fall into the following categories:
1. Goods made to your specification (for example, icing print design)
2. Perishable/Edible goods (for example sugarpaste)
We will refund the price of the order within 20 days from the date of cancellation.
However we are not responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

Each product is sold subject to it’s product description and price listed on the website. We do our best to ensure that this information is kept up to date.
If you feel that the price or description does not reflect any product please contact us so that we can review it. All prices are in Euros.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
