Roll out your fondant to a thickness of 2mm.

Lay the fondant on the design mould and press down with your hand in order to fill  completely.  Press with rolling pin until the top border cuts the paste.

Brush the surface of the paste with water and with the pick eliminate the unwanted elements from the design mould.

Place the mould on the cake and with the palm of your hand apply the decoration uniformly to the cake.

Carefully remove the mould .
